With 29 years of industry experience, Kathy’s career includes CNA, LPN, and RN, and the last 12 years as DON here at Sunny Acres. She enjoys overseeing the day-to-day challenges in short-term and long-term care.
Nicole McGrath, LPN

Nicole started working at Sunny as a bedmaker at 14. She worked as a CNA before becoming an LPN and resident care director of Legacy Care. She loves seeing the positive changes in residents as they move into the community.

Tina started as a bedmaker at 16 in the healthcare industry, and understands the complexity of skilled nursing needs. She loves working with families to help them find the best solution.
Niketa Mehta, PT

Niketa has worked for over a decade in Skilled Nursing Physical Therapy. She came from India to Mass General for her master’s and fell in love with the Boston area.
Kristina Cruz, ADC

Starting out with Sunny Acres at 16 on a Co-op program, Kristina has served in several roles. Now a director, she oversees activities for both the nursing home and assisted living residents. She is a certified activity director and loves making residents smile.
Melissa Hill

Melissa has worked at Sunny Acres since she was 14 as a weekend bedmaker; she became a CNA and then worked in activities and as the Administrative Assistant managing the front desk. She has recently been promoted to her new role! She is among the first people you will meet when you come to Sunny Acres.

Chef Ryan started at the age of 14, washing dishes at a local hospital. 25 years later, he strives to do everything possible to improve the lives of our residents. He says “Dining is the largest and most attended activity of every day!”

Rob has spent over 20 years in maintenance and has experience in pipefitting and HVAC. He enjoys working with his teammates, the best in the industry!
Kerianne Carter

Kerianne started out in healthcare at 15, working in many departments, kitchen, and activities, as a nursing assistant, and now as a social worker. She loves getting to know residents and their families and connect them with resources to help them meet their goals.

Amy started working in LTC at 17 years old as an Activity Assistant, and the joy of working with residents inspired her to become a nurse. She has been a LPN for 30 years. She loves our Sunny Acres Community.
Chelsea McNamara, RN

Chelsea began working at Sunny Acres in 2018 as a floor nurse while earning her BSN; she graduated in 2020 from SNHU and is now a Unit Manager. She loves taking care of the people you love every day.
Coralee Martin, RN

Coralee has been at Sunny for nearly 18 years! She started here as a CNA. She enjoys working with residents and their families and helping her team put care first in everything they do.
Patrick Twomey

Patrick has 40 years of paramedic and EMS leadership experience. He is training with our team to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Lee Alverez

Lee started in healthcare at 16 as a part-time diet aid. She became an account manager for her contract company 15+ years ago and came to Sunny Acres in 2021. She enjoys her job, loves the residents, and is always willing to go above and beyond.

George is our official community mascot and special team member. He leads the pack! His master is Kerianne Carter and he loves coming to Sunny Acres to hang out with the residents and staff!

Molly is a resident favorite and a small but mighty team player! She belongs to Lee Alvarez and comes regularly to Sunny Acres to delight our residents and staff!
