Sunny Acres Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is ideal for those who need specialized care and support in a supervised and medically oriented environment.

All residents receive:

  • Nursing Services 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.)

  • Medication Supervision by Physician and/or Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner
  • Social work Consultation and Case Management
